Karla is a Kent State journalism grad.  We were fellow writers on the Antelope Valley Press, where she specialized in entertainment.  Now, 20 + years later, she’s taken up guitar, joined a community college beginning rock band class, and performs with the kids.   While the vocalist struggles to find the right note, Karla is on it with her electric guitar.
